Writing Paper Topics on Gender Roles
Another potential topic for writing a paper topic on is gender roles. Having read Dr. Walter Mischel's Gender Roles, I can testify that it's a topic that can be more challenging than one might think. With all the gender-based behavior of the children exhibit, it's difficult to simply write a paper about gender roles. The discussion should be given enough substance to warrant even that much effort.
Paper topics are often based upon personal experience or issues that have given rise to issues, which the author felt might benefit others who might have the same needs. In this case, gender roles should be the core topic. As previously stated, many of the children I've known have been referred to this particular topic. To me, this means that the topic may need more investigation.
Some of the paper topics include: How do females think differently from males? Is there a difference in expectations for females in a home? Who feels more threatened in a child who calls them 'baby'?
